Welcome to the TXFRAS v9.3 Download Web Page 

Welcome to the download page for the Texas Fire Risk Assessment System (TXFRAS). This version of WFRAS operates on ArcGIS 9.3.x. Please refer to the SFRAS FAQ document available below for more detailed information about this release. Complete installation instructions are provided in the TXFRAS Install Guide. Remember that you must login to the site first before you will see the Software Downloads appear!

The TXFRAS software is provided as a 15 day evaluation version. For more information, or to obtain a permanent license, contact Sanborn at sfras-support@sanborn.com. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to use the Feedback page to send us an email immediately.

Download Instructions for Texas Fire Risk Assessment System (TXFRAS) 

To download the evaluation version of TXFRAS follow these instructions:

  1. Register for the site. To obtain access to the download documents you will need to register for the site. To do this press the Login link on the left navigation bar, and then the Register button. You will be presented with a contact information page.

    Fill out the contact information page and define a username and password. Ensure you provide a valid email address otherwise you will not be able to obtain a non-evaluation license in the future. Press the Register link at the bottom when you are done.
  2. Login to the site. You will now need to login to the site with the username and password you just created. Once you have successfully logged in the Download Documents will be available to you.

  3. Download the software and documentation. The documents available for download will now appear at the bottom of this page. Simply click on the name of the file or the Download hyperlinks next to the WFRAS Software and documentation files.

If you have any problems downloading or installing the software please email us at sfras-support@sanborn.com. Ensure you read the SFRAS Install Guide prior to installing.
